We offer a modern evidence-based sports medicine approach. This includes treating sports injuries like ankle sprains, chronic hip pain, rotator cuff injuries, ACL tears, golfer’s elbow, CrossFit and weight lifting injuries, and more. Due to the fact that our patients are mostly active individuals we see a fair number of sport injuries and post surgical rehabilitation. We look at many factors that contribute to athletic performance including: balance, coordination, endurance, flexibility, strength, power, and speed. We also look into your workout routine outside of your sport, poor posture, faulty movement patterns, inflammation, arthritis, repetitive movements, and other factors that could be holding you back from reaching your potential. Once you have recovered from your injury or pain, our preventative approach using functional training can give you the edge you are looking for.
